You may access and view YuQi Content for your personal, non‑commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any YuQi Content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable mandatory law.
Code snippets provided within YuQi articles are offered under the MIT License unless otherwise expressly stated, which permits you to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the code, subject to the condition that the original copyright notice and permission notice appear in all copies.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR‑FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YUQI, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YuQi and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any User Content you submit; (c) your violation of this Agreement; or (d) your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, intellectual property ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Berlin, Germany, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at zhangjian@gssdtech.com before initiating any formal proceedings.
We reserve the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
